Mushroom Stuffed T Bone Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 t-bone steaks
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
- 6 mushrooms sliced thinly
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.  Cut a slice along the fatty side of the t bone steak, creating a pocket.  In a mixing bowl, combine the onions, garlic, mushrooms, celery salt, salt, and pepper and stuff the mushroom mixture into each t-bone steak pocket.  Brush each t-bone steak with the white wine and soy sauce and place them on the grill for 3-5 minutes per side.

Cracked Peppercorn Tbone Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 t-bone steaks
- 3 tbsp cracked peppercorn
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
- 6 mushrooms sliced
- 1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.  Press the cracked peppercorn into all sides of the t-bone steak and place them on the grill for about 3-5 minutes per side.  Meanwhile, heat the butter in a saucepan and saute the onions and mushrooms.  Spoon the onion and mushroom mixture on top of the t-bone steaks to serve.

T-bone Steak with Brandy Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 t-bone steaks
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 6 mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp peppercorn
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet and sear each side of the t-bone steaks for about 3-5 minutes per side.  Remove the t-bone steaks from the skillet and add the mushrooms, garlic, brandy, beef broth, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce to the skillet.  Reduce the skillet contents into half and pour over each t-bone steak to serve.

Pepper Crusted T-bone Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 t-bone steaks
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 6 mushrooms sliced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 green pepper sliced thinly
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp peppercorn
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.  Rub the t-bone steaks with the peppercorn and place on the grill for 3-5 minutes per side.  Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet and saute the garlic, mushrooms and onions until soft. Then add the beef broth and red wine and reduce to half.  Place the t-bone steaks on a platter and pour wine reduction over top to serve.
