Brandy Wine and Pepper T-Bone Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 t-bone steaks
- 2 tbsp ground peppercorn
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup shallots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp beef broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup brandy

Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.  Season the t-bone steaks with the peppercorn and salt. Place the t-bone steaks into the skillet and sear each side for 3-5 minutes.  Remove the t-bone steaks and set aside on a hot platter. Add the onion, garlic and shallots to the skillet and saute.  Add the beef broth and white wine and scrap the pan remains while brining to a boil.  Pour the brandy into the skillet and ignite the liquid.  Pour the sauce over the t-bone steaks to serve.
