Baked T Bone Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 t-bone steaks
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 mushrooms
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp tarragon

Directions:
In a roasting pan, combine the olive oil, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.  Season the t-bone steakwith salt, pepper and tarragon and place them into the marinade and allow them to set for 1-2 hours.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place the t-bone steaks with the marinade into the oven for 30-45 minutes.  Meanwhile, heat the butter in a saucepan and saute the mushrooms and onions.  Pour the mushroom mixture on top of the t-bone steak just before serving it.

Mashed Potatoes T Bone Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 t-bone steaks
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 12 mushrooms
- 1 pound green beans
- 6 baby tomatoes halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat the oven to broil.  Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sear each side of the t-bone steaks.  Season the t-bone steaks with salt and pepper and place them on a roasting pan.  Arrange the mushrooms, green beans, and tomatoes around the steak.  Using a pastry tube, surround the t-bone steakwith the mashed potatoes.  Place the t-bone steak into the oven and broil for 3-5 minutes.

Wine and Pepper Tbone Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 t-bone steaks
- 2 tbsp ground peppercorn
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup shallots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp beef broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup brandy

Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.  Season the t-bone steaks with the peppercorn and salt. Place the t-bone steaks into the skillet and sear each side for 3-5 minutes.  Remove the t-bone steaks and set aside on a hot platter. Add the onion, garlic and shallots to the skillet and saute.  Add the beef broth and white wine and scrap the pan remains while bringin to a boil.  Pour the brandy into the skillet and ignite the liquid.  Pour the sauce over the t-bone steaks to serve.
