Parmesan Tbone Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 t-bone steaks
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Dredge each t-bone steak in flour, dip them into the beaten egg, and cover them with the bread crumbs.  Place the t-bone steaks into a roasting pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.  Mix the tomato sauce with the oregano and pour over the t-bone steaks.  Sprinkle each t-bone steak with mozzarella cheese and then parmesan cheese.  Place back into the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

Red Wine Mushroom Tbone Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 t-bone steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp flour
- 12 mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp celery salt

Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet to medium high heat.  Sear one side of the t-bone steak, flip them and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes.  Add to the skillet the mushrooms, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, celery salt, and red wine.  Add the flour to the mixture to thicken and serve the t-bone steaks immediately with the sauce on top.

Mushroom Stuffed T Bone Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 t-bone steaks
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
- 6 mushrooms sliced thinly
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.  Cut a slice along the fatty side of the t bone steak, creating a pocket.  In a mixing bowl, combine the onions, garlic, mushrooms, celery salt, salt, and pepper and stuff the mushroom mixture into each t-bone steak pocket.  Brush each t-bone steak with the white wine and soy sauce and place them on the grill for 3-5 minutes per side.

Cracked Peppercorn Tbone Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 t-bone steaks
- 3 tbsp cracked peppercorn
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
- 6 mushrooms sliced
- 1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.  Press the cracked peppercorn into all sides of the t-bone steak and place them on the grill for about 3-5 minutes per side.  Meanwhile, heat the butter in a saucepan and saute the onions and mushrooms.  Spoon the onion and mushroom mixture on top of the t-bone steaks to serve.
